Ph.D. Research Centre
The department has been recognized as a Ph.D. Research Centre, with three faculty members—Dr. Irene
Getzi, Dr. Shilpa Abhang, and Dr. Rajesh Dharmaraj—serving as research guides, mentoring Ph.D.
scholars under Bengaluru City University (BCU).

Student Research
Student research is integrated into the curriculum through the Research Methodology course, Tech-on-Tap (monthly e-journal), Dhii (student journal), and research projects. These initiatives equip students with the skills to conduct studies, implement findings, and publish research articles. Students are also encouraged to present their work at academic forums.
